At Melt Cosmetics, we want you to be obsessed with your look; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on most unused products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items must be in their original packaging and in sellable condition to be eligible for a refund.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

Print Your Label

Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the return is scanned within 7 days of receiving your label.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
